"Remember how I told you that she stood me up? Well, that was to cover for Jerome. They were meeting.....you know.....romantically."
Liam felt bad for telling Sophie about Izzy's involvement with his roomate, but she would've found out anyways.

The eager mood dropped. "Oh... oh shit." She looked over to where Jerome had left.

"Yeah."
Liam looked around nervously and said quickly,"SoIwaswonderingifyou'dliketogooutsomewheresometime?"
"OH GOD SHE'S GOING TO SAY NO. PERFECT TIME TO BRING IT UP TOO."

She looked down for a moment, thinking about what he'd said. "You mean, like... like a date?"

"I mean if you want it to be a date. Yeah sure that would be good."

"Umm..." She sat there, contemplating his offer. "Honestly..."

"I'd love to." She smiled.

"If you would excuse me, I'm going to exit the room and do things that would make me look like an idiot."
Liam exited the room and fist-pumped within Jerome's view. Whip in a couple awkward hip thrusts and he was back in the room with Sophie.
"So what's next on the agenda?"

The smile grew. She shook her head in utter disbelief. It really makes him that happy? Ooookay then...


When he returned, she shrugged. "If you're asking about my social calendar, any time you'd like. I don't really have much on my schedule... If you're asking about the Izzy thing, we need proof against Jerome."

"So for the date.....I guess tomorrow night. And for the getting proof against Jerome, he's gone tonight for a visit from his parents."Liam said, still smiling.

She nodded. "Sounds great. If you're going to look for any proof, mind if I come with you?"

"No, I don't mind at all. You'd probably think of more places to look than I would."

She smiled. "Would it be okay to go up now or..."

"Now would be fine."
Liam stood and lead the way up the staircase. He stopped in front of the door and unlocked it. "Ladies first."

She followed him upstairs.

Sophie smiled, walking into the room. It wasn't as neat as she had always kept the dorm she shared with Izzy, but that was expected.

"So that's his side,"Liam stated, gesturing to the side that was covered in Panic! At The Disco posters.

She nodded, walking over and taking a general look at everything.

He opened his roommate's closet and started to carefully go through the drawers.

She opened the nightstand's drawers one by one, remembering the placement of every object each time, going through, searching for any hidden areas, and then replacing every object in its close to exact place.

One drawer had a velvet box inside of inside of it. Liam clicked it open to discover a ring.
"WHAT! ALL OF MY......he didn't even tell me."

She looked over at what he was doing, finishing the last draw. "Hm."

"Just honestly, has he thought about any of this. Isabelle is his first ever girlfriend....and for god's sake, he's only 17. What is he thinking? If he loves her that much the relationship should be public."
Liam closed the box and put it back. He continued to search.

She checked under the bed, and looked over the wood floors for any possible hiding places.

He went to his own drawers to retrieve a screwdriver to check the vents.
