Detective Soap!

I appear in a white room. Where am I? "Calista!" I shout again. Find me!

(HOLY COW! i just realized that his name was Jonny... SO SORRY!)



Suddenly the cries stopped. She panicked and ran through the dark house, she searched everywhere, in the dark. Calista had forgotten all about the lights. Suddenly the lights flickered on, she looked around and saw what looked like a young man, then he disappeared. (Not the detective) Calista blinked, trembling slightly. Then she remembered something, her mother was away...

(Thats ok!)

I start to panic. "Cali!" I yell "CALI!"

(oh phew )



**30 minutes later**

Calista had searched the whole house with no prevail, it was obvious she was the only living thing in the whole entire house. She ran back to the kitchen and reached for the phone, when she saw the number, for the detective... odd...

Calista dialled the number and chewed her lip nervously.

"Detective Dymon Holmes here" I say anwering the phone. I haven't had a case for weeks I hope this was one. I spin on my chair throwing screwed up paper into the bin.

"This is Calista Mooncurve, my little brother has dissapeared. Stolen, gone. I woke up this morning to silence, which was odd. Usually Toby would be downstairs playing-" She choked, her tears threatening to fall. Not untill now, she realized that she couldn't be without little Toby, he was like her own child. Mother was never around so it was just her and Toby against the world. "-But when i walked downstairs he wasn't there! I searched the whole house! Please, please help me find him! I can't live without him." I cried, my voice traveling all the way around the house. I sounded like a mother in distress, a mother who had just lost her child.

I pause and think. "Hmm ok do you have any idea who coud have done this?"

"No!" I cried, "just please, find him.."

"Ma'am just give me your address and i'll be right over"

"house 2 lightfootcrescent, in cooper. Please hurry"

"Ok then" I hang up the phone and pack my stuff. I get in my car and drive to the house.

Calista bit her lip, she was biting back the tears which were fighting to fall. Her door was open, she walked outside and her eyes scaned for the detective.

I pull up at the large house. I step out of my car, grabbing my bag.

She saw a young man step out of the car, she gasped. Was that the detective? He's too- too....

I smile politly and walk up to Calista. I shake her hand "So. Where do you want me to begin?"

"The basement.. Horror movie sterotype i know, but.. before he 'vanished' it sounded like he was in the basement" she explained, shuddering slightly at the thought of.. the basement..

"Do minds showing me down there. If you want to of course"

"Um.. yeah sure. Ok" Calista started walking through the house, slowly.

"Very nice house you got here" I say "Very tidy"

"Thanks" she murmured quietly, stopping for a second.

"What is it?" I ask, walking next to her "Are we here?"

"W-what? No." She brushed herself off and continued walking, she didn't know why she had stopped...

"Ok" I follow her.
